The Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Inspire and challenge children to achieve their best academically and socially
- Create a positive inclusive classroom environment that supports each childs individual needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues parents and carers to ensure pupils progress and wellbeing
- Contribute to the wider school community through events and extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Is enthusiastic creative and committed to providing highquality learning experiences
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils staff and parents
- Is organised reflective and eager to contribute to the wider school community
