Girls Physical Education Teacher Sought for Esteemed Secondary School in Croydon
On behalf of our esteemed client an exceptional secondary school in Croydon we are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Girls Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join their dedicated team. This fulltime permanent position commences in September and presents an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower young women through a passion for sports and physical activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging PE lessons for female students across Key Stages 3 4 and 5.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters skill development confidence and enjoyment of physical activity.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote individual growth.
- Actively contribute to the schools extracurricular sports program including coaching and organizing teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall PE curriculum and departmental goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelors degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching PE to secondary school girls.
- A strong understanding of current pedagogical practices and curriculum requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire students.
