Are you a visionary Unity Developer with a passion for creating innovative, child-centric experiences? Do you have the leadership and technical expertise to drive a startup to success? If so, we want you to join my clients team as a Co-Founder, CTO, and Technical Lead.

My client are on a mission to revolutionize the way children learn and play. They've developed an incredible active, sport product that has the potential to reshape the future for children by providing them with engaging, educational, and entertaining experiences. They're not just building a product; they're building a future where children can learn and have fun simultaneously.

As a Co-Founder & Unity Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their startup. You will be responsible for leading the technical development of their product, taking charge of the Unity development, and driving the overall technology strategy. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced individual to become an integral part of their company from the ground up and make the product their own.

Tasks

  • Lead and manage the technical development of our product.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Unity applications for mobile platforms (iOS or Android)
  • Collaborate with our creative team to create captivating, child-friendly experiences.
  • Shape and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring scalability and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor other developers and technical team members.
  • Contribute to the overall vision and strategy of the company as a co-founder.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Unity Developer, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
  • Prior experience in a CTO or Technical Lead role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Unity3D and C#.
  • iOS or Android experience
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • A passion for creating exceptional, child-friendly experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A desire to be a co-founder and make a significant impact on our startup's success.
