Our esteemed school in West London seeks a talented and enthusiastic Science teacher to join our dynamic faculty. This is a fulltime permanent position with a TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) allowance offering the opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds in a supportive and academically rigorous environment.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver engaging and informative Science lessons across all year groups adhering to the National Curriculum.
  • Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of science critical thinking and problemsolving.
  • Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core scientific concepts experimental methods and practical applications.
  • Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel and beyond).
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Science department and contribute to schoolwide events.
  • Take on a leadership role within the Science department such as leading a specific subject area or coordinating a particular project.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science or a closely related subject.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for Science and a captivating teaching style.
  • Excels in communication interpersonal skills and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
  • Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
  • Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
  • Has a proven track record of successful teaching with a particular emphasis on engaging students and fostering a love of learning.
  • Is committed to providing highquality instruction and supporting students academic growth.
