Our prestigious school in Hammersmith & Fulham seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. This is a fulltime permanent position offering the opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds in a supportive and academically rigorous environment.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver exceptional Art lessons that challenge and inspire highachieving students across all year groups.
  • Cultivate a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of art creativity and critical thinking.
  • Guide students in developing a deep understanding of art history techniques and contemporary art movements.
  • Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel and beyond) at the highest levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Arts department and across other disciplines to create a holistic and enriching learning experience.
  • Contribute to the schools academic excellence and participate in extracurricular activities related to the arts.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for art and a proven track record of success in raising student achievement.
  • Excels in communication interpersonal skills and classroom management within a highachieving environment.
  • Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment that challenges and motivates students.
  • Holds a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
  • Possesses a strong academic background and a desire to contribute to the schools reputation for excellence.
