About the Role:

As a Biology Teacher you will:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating Biology lessons across the curriculum catering to Key Stage 3 (Years 78) and Key Stage 4 (Years 911).
• Foster a love of Biology in students and equip them with the necessary knowledge skills and understanding to excel in the subject.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students can develop their scientific knowledge and skills effectively (practical work problemsolving critical thinking).
• Contribute to curriculum development ensuring it aligns with the schools vision national requirements and the latest advancements in Biology education.
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in teaching Biology implementing innovative approaches to enhance student learning (e.g. technology integration inquirybased learning).
• Design and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress in biological knowledge and skills (formative and summative assessments).
