About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and innovative Mathematics lessons across all year groups from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 adhering to the National Curriculum and incorporating the latest pedagogical approaches.
• Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of mathematics critical thinking and problemsolving.
• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core mathematical concepts analytical skills and practical applications preparing them for success in external examinations (GCSE ALevel and beyond).
• Employ a variety of teaching methods and strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Mathematics department and contribute to the development of a cohesive and supportive team.
• Participate in schoolwide initiatives and events contributing to the overall success and wellbeing of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
• Demonstrates a strong passion for Mathematics and a captivating teaching style that inspires and engages students.
• Excels in communication interpersonal skills and classroom management within a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
• Fosters a positive and supportive learning environment that challenges and motivates students to achieve their best.
