Senior Employee Benefits Assistant - Financial Services







Are you an experienced EB & financial services support professional, looking for a new role in a dynamic and supportive environment?
Due to continued success in providing advice to corporate clients, this highly successful financial services practice requires a professional and proactive senior administrator, you will be responsible for providing administration and general support to an Employee Benefits Consultant.
The successful candidate will have experience within a financial services environment, ideally some exposure to FCA regulations and strong IT skills.
Duties for this role will include:
You will co-ordinate and undertake all administration in relation to the schemes including updating member data, renewals, claims data, communication materials, governance meetings and other associated queries.
You will have experience in administering a portfolio of clients in respect of their Group Risk contracts including Group Life, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness Schemes.
You will liaise with insurers to negotiate preferred terms, attend client meetings and draft recommendation reports.

You will ideally hold professional qualifications (R01, GR1, R05) although this is not essential.
Willingness to work hard and have a can do attitude
An understanding of employee benefits services, including Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plans and Group Risk products.
