Job Summary:

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise architecture that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, developing architectural solutions, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture that supports the organization's strategic goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles
  • Develop architectural models, roadmaps, and implementation plans to guide the organization's technology investments and initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, recommending updates and improvements to the enterprise architecture as needed
  • Develop and maintain documentation of the enterprise architecture and related processes and procedures
  • Ensure alignment of the enterprise architecture with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop and execute a technology strategy that supports the organization's objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex, scalable systems
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, security, data management, and application development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF is highly desirable.
