This is a newly created role for an experienced Data Analyst to join a music technology company as their Data Analytics Manager and help them take a strategic approach with their data collection analysis and reporting.
Their software is used by hundreds of thousands of professional musicians all over the world in a variety of packages and subscriptions; theyd like to get a better understanding of their customers and use data analysis to enhance customer experience improve marketing activities and inform key business decisions.
Collaborating with all departments youll be a key player in product and market growth helping them to stay as the lead in their market.
Remote working with colleagues in the UK and Europe.
Requirements
- Expert in SQL
- Experience working with subscription and / or SaaS data
- Confident presenting data and dashboards to senior stakeholders
- Good commercial understanding and able to use data to inform business decisions
- Experience working with a range of business functions to improve performance
- Able to convert data into commercial insight using SQL and BI tools
