We are looking for a Year 5 teacher based in the heart of Surrey for January 2025! This is an opportunity to work within a Good twoform entry primary school in Surrey Southwest of London.

The school is looking to appoint a class teacher who will enjoy teaching an academic yet creative topicbased curriculum in a school with exceptional pastoral care. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work in a supportive environment with brilliant facilities and resources. The successful Year 5 Teacher will join a supportive and excellent team of staff.

As a Year 5 teacher in this lovely school you will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects to Year 5 students. It will provide you with an opportunity to support and motivate students to reach their full potential.

Year 5 Teacher requirements:

  • QTS PGCE and strong academic record
  • Creative imaginative determined resourceful and adaptable practitioner
  • Passionate about learning
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a Year 5 environment
  • Able to communicate your passion to children and parents
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom

Experience and Qualifications required for this Year 5 Teacher Position

  • PGCE or QTS
  • DBS

Salary

The salary for this Year 5 position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract to scale MPS/UPS.
