David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an awardwinning global learningtechnologies company helping customers in over 40 countries find a Business Development Managerfor their DACH market.

Position:Business Development Manager (DACH)

Location: Remote/Work from homein the United Kingdom and the Republic ofIreland

Employment type: Fulltime

Salary: Base

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive business growth and development with products and services in the DACH region
  • Develop and executestrategies to identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders
  • Execute sales targets and revenue goals



REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year ofexperience in sales or a related field (B2B) with SaaS applications in the DACH region
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis
  • Experience with Moodle and Totara will be considered an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong understanding of industry and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Skilled in managing multiple deals independently with strong organisational and timemanagement abilities
  • Demonstrated track record ofdeveloping and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Willingness to occasionally ravel to Belfast Hub
