Position Overview:
As an ERP Netsuite Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our client's customers optimize their business processes through the successful implementation of Netsuite ERP solutions. You will work closely with our client's customers to understand their specific needs, customize Netsuite to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our client's customers to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Customize and configure Netsuite ERP to align with customer needs, with a focus on WIP (Work in Progress) and Routings modules.
- Lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to our client's customers' end-users to maximize system adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the implementation process.
- Stay up-to-date with Netsuite updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in implementing Netsuite ERP, with a strong background in WIP and Routings.
- Netsuite certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
