Service Now UI Expert







Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize ServiceNow Workspaces to ensure optimal user experience and alignment with organizational needs.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow UI components across classic UI and workspace UI settings including forms lists modules and widgets.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective UI solutions within ServiceNow.
• Leverage your expertise in web technologies to elevate the UI/UX of ServiceNow applications focusing on responsiveness accessibility and performance optimization.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of UI components to deliver highquality outputs aligned with functional and technical requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in ServiceNow UI development web technologies and user experience design.
• Must have worked on ServiceNow portal UI design and Development of custom pages on ServiceNow.
• Handson experience on UI technologies like Javascript AngularJS Jelly and HTML Review of both legacy Service

• Demonstrable experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.
