As Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of interior designers, architects and specification, by leading sales regionally/nationally to achieve targets.
- Winning projects with high-end architects and interior designers
- Implement effective sales targets and actively seek new specifiers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- understanding of a technical product or project to offer any solutions
- Maintain CRM records for Area contacts and projects.
- Develop and implement strong closing techniques to secure specification by influencing Specifiers and Architects.
- Raise Salvatori full product portfolio awareness through delivering company and products presentations.
- Develop key relationships with high-end Specifiers and Architects
- Strong focus on building pipeline
- Work both individually and with colleagues based in Showroom to achieve company strategy objectives, targets and goals.
- Monitor market potential and share sales leads with relevant colleagues.
Requirements
At least 5 years sales experience within architects and interior designers, in Central London
Sold premium / luxury design brands
Strong technical and commercial background
Direct experience of project sales
Managing sales process end to end
Experience of using a CRM system
Experience reading architectural/construction drawings and plans, would be a plus
Sold natural stones or wood design products, would be a plus
Experience presenting to customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent planning skills
Strong customer service skills
Team player
Strong computer literacy skills; Microsoft Office Packages and Oracle Netsuite or similar
Flexibility with working hours, to attend events/meetings
UK driving licence
