Reinstatement Civils Operative

Are you a dedicated and skilled Reinstatement Civils Operative looking for a challenging and rewarding role

What youll do:

• Perform highquality reinstatement works on various road surfaces.
  
• Collaborate with excavation teams and follow instructions from the Civils Supervisor.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
  
• Operate manual and mechanical equipment.
  
• Set up sites in compliance with Streetworks requirements.
  
• Reinstate roads to industry standards and document all information.
  
• Use Stihl Saws Wacker plates trench compactors jack hammers tarmac rollers Hot Boxes and Butane Buners.
  
• Complete daily paperwork and risk assessments.
  
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
  
• Handle company assets responsibly.
  
• Provide excellent customer service.
  
• Comply with client processes and procedures.
  
• Have experience in the telecommunications industry.
  
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
  
• Complete projects on time and meet clients deadlines.
  
• Work on various projects as needed.
  

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
  
• NRSWA Unit 7 CSCS
  
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  
• 2 years of experience
  
• Towing and 7.5ton license
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Industryrelated qualification (preferred)
  
• Telecoms industry knowledge
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Positive attitude and cando approach
  
• Strong organisational skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure
  
• Proficient IT skills
