About you.

  • Reaching and exceeding sales targets is a given, they set you up to WIN.
  • The customer is at the forefront of your mind.
  • Money motivated - most jobs would look at you negatively for being this way inclined. Not our client, they want you to earn as much as possible with uncapped commission.
  • Ambition and a want to "be the best"
  • Love to learn - there is ongoing training in all aspects of the Sales executive role, from products to sales
  • Previous sales experience would be great however not essential
  • Telecommunications knowledge would be advantageous
The New Business Sales Executive role responsibilities:

  • Making initial calls to new customers
  • Gathering information from the customers
  • Offering telecoms solutions to match the customers pain points
  • Providing exemplary customer services
  • working towards targets
The package:

  • 20,000 basic
  • OTE 45,000
  • 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
  • Extra day annual leave for work anniversary, your birthday PLUS an extra day annual leave for every year you work for the company
  • Free gym membership
  • Early Friday finishes
  • Incentives including holidays abroad, , nights out
  • Theme days
