Summary
We are looking for an experienced part-time Finance Director with International tax experience to help us with company taxes in UK, USA and UAE, international banking arrangements and strategic planning due to company expansion.
The goal is to guide the company towards profitability and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- A broad range of work regarding international taxes including;
- UK, USA & UAE corporate tax advisory projects
- tax compliance
- researching issues that affect company tax affairs.
- Development and management of international banking arrangements
- Ensure adherence to international financial laws and guidelines
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks alongside company expansion
- Prepare timely and detailed reports as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices in the UK, UAE & USA
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Proficient in the use of spreadsheets and financial management software
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
