- Dedicate time daily to Personal Development coursework for continuous growth
- Actively participate in weekly global training calls
- Interview candidates and assess their suitability
- Coach and mentor successful candidates on an ongoing basis

- Demonstrate leadership qualities and personal presence
- Strong interpersonal skills for written and verbal interactions
