Job Summary:
To support the Council s vision and resilience agenda by providing a wide range of best in class front line services within customer services.
The provision of an efficient and effective front line service based on customer and service needs across a number of council related service areas.
Key Duties/Accountabilities:
To contribute towards the implementation of a working culture that is resultorientated customerfocused and an ethos of right first time service delivery.
To support the resilience agenda by promoting the council s online services at every opportunity.
To undertake all duties with minimal supervision.
Essential Skills Required:
Ability to deliver high quality customer focussed value for money services.
Knowledge of excellent resident experience tools and approaches.
Good communication skills (orally and in writing) for a broad range of audiences.
Additional information to note:
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check may be required based on duties.
Fully office based
